Yes, I would recommend this product.
Pros:
I would only recommend Reynolds website’s if I knew that dealer does not compete against me. With todays market, our website is the most important tool to drive sales. I have have many website providers come to us and tell us -”Let us take care of your website, and you do what you do best- sell cars”. Sounds Good, but I want our websites to be flexible and nimble to adjust to any changes in the market. I want to take charge of my sites. RWS gives me the ability to immediately change 85% of my websites without calling them. If I do need to make changes I cannot do myself, they are responsive and QUICK to make those changes. More importantly – they are great teachers. They have an incredible staff. If I ever have a problem that I can’t figure out myself, they are there to help me learn in a way I can understand. This is especially true with HTML, SEO, alt tags and SEO content. I lean on all of them so very much. RWS gives me the tools to dominate my region – and we do! I have worked with several well known website providers in the past. So far, Reynolds is the best!
Do you have an option for your clients to contact you for FREE using 1300 number and 1800 number signup? 1800 services are a toll free services within Australia.
Cons:
As great as these guys are Monday – Friday, reaching them on Saturday is tough. It has only happened once when the factory made an unauthorized change I did not know how to correct. However, the following Monday, they did walk me through handling it myself if it ever happened again.

If the site is complete flash, I would start over. If it isn’t, it doesn’t hurt the ranking, but doesn’t help either.
I concur with the above statements.

I always cringe when I hear people making a flash website. Anyone who is new to websites seems to get sold on these because they are just that flashy. Bottom line is they suck for SEO .
To be honest I have never liked flash sites. They seem to be more about ego than usefulness.
If you don’t want to start over I would suggest making part of the page flash and the other part content. This way you can still use the flash and get the benefits of SEO . Don’t forget to make sure your pages have meta tags.

Description (including timeline of any changes made): My website (www.kirabrooksdesigns.com) is despite good Search Engine Optimization and only 2 real competitors, on page 6 in Google or so for search terms like: website + design + baraboo. But even on place 5 of the first page are websites that only say: “website design by…” on their website… In Webmaster Central it shows that Google does not recognize the keyword: “website” on my website at all, even through it is in great keyword density on my website, since I am a website designer.
I host my customers websites within the same hosting account as my website, as addon domains with my website as the main domain. I have a extensive robots.txt file forbidding the Google bots to crawl my “addon domain” or customer websites. My ranking has improved a little about two months ago, since I got the robots file in place, but not much. Do you have any suggestion for help? Thanks so much!!! K

Keyword density is no longer used. Instead Google wants to make sure your website is useful to your users and has lots of relevant content. You really think Google can’t go beyond how many times a keyword is mentioned? They only have the smartest engineers in the world working for them.
You also have no links pointing to your site according to Site Explorer: https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/search?p=www.kirabrooksdesigns.com&fr=sfp
You need to get lots of websites linking to you. You can do this with Guest Posting or creating great content people want to link to.
